Hey all! Jennifer Lynn Schneider here.  I have been with Qualified for almost 5 years officially, but have been working on the platform since it’s infancy as a consultant. In my off hours I am all about gardening, homesteading and DIY projects. So excited to meet you all! My name is Ethan Warlick and I’m the Marketing Operations Manager at Litmos, an L&D platform. I started my career in marketing automation and have spent time in all aspects of operations, now happily adding Qualified to my toolkit for the past 8 months. I’m on the East Coast in Raleigh, North Carolina and when I’m not building campaigns and (hopefully) reporting on CW business associated with our Qualified campaigns I’m happily spending time with my wife and our two young boys (3 and 2) running with our double stroller, being a human jungle gym, or dancing and introducing them to the soundtrack of their childhood.

Hello Piper Pals! My name is Cheryl Pabich and I’m the Marketing Operations Manager at Snowplow.io, a CDI Data Intelligence platform. I started my career in marketing gravitated to marketing automation and now marketing operations. I live and work remotely in Brookfield (just west of Milwaukee), Wisconsin.
I connect things, build campaigns and sequences, wrangle data and build reports and dashboards for all to see ;)
Outside of work, I am enrolled in an AI Certification program at our local college. I am married and have 3 Bernese Mountain Dogs Bugatti, Buckley and  Boudreaux who are certified as Pet Therapy Animals. We volunteer at local Behavioral Health hospitals and Addiction Recovery units

Hi y'all! I'm Kristen Watkins, Manager of Marketing Operations at Ncontracts. I've spent 18+ years in sales and marketing operations, and I'm passionate about streamlining processes and building systems that help teams succeed.

At Ncontracts I transitioned from Sales Operations to Marketing Operations in March 2024, right before we went live with Qualified in July. In October 2024, we launched Nelly, our first AI SDR, and following an acquisition, we introduced Ava, our second AI SDR. These AI SDRs are significantly impacting our inbound marketing efforts by qualifying leads, booking meetings, and enabling our sales team to focus on high-value conversations across our compliance, risk management, and lending solutions.

Coming from Sales Ops gives me a unique perspective on the sales-marketing partnership, and I'm excited to continue optimizing our Qualified implementation to drive better alignment and results. Looking forward to learning from this community!

Hello everyone! My name is Owen Fliess and I am a Digital Sales & Growth Marketing Specialist at ReSource Pro, a strategic operations partner focused exclusively on the insurance industry. ReSource Pro is headquartered in NYC but I live and work remotely in Ashburn, VA (NOVA). I recently graduated from Virginia Tech in May with a B.S. in Business Management and a double major in Marketing, and I started it ReSource Pro in June.

Within my role, I actively monitor the Qualified platform and chats that our website visitors have with Quinn, our name for Piper. In my first 90 days, I have strengthened Quinn to be a more accurate, reliable, and engaging tool for capturing website visitors. By fixing errors, updating her knowledge base with fresh content, and refining her conversation rules, Quinn now provides prospects with more relevant and confident responses. I also improved the visitor experience by adding clear routing rules, built-in chat goals, and better fallback messaging, ensuring no opportunities are lost. For SDRs and SEs, I enabled desktop notifications and consistent meeting availability, making it easier for them to step into live conversations and convert qualified leads faster. These enhancements have streamlined the inbound process, reduced missed connections, and given the sales team stronger, more actionable opportunities.

In my free time, I enjoy playing racquet sports (tennis, pickleball, padel), watching movies and TV shows, playing video games, going on walks and hikes, and spending time with my family and friends.

👋 Hey everyone! My name is Zach Butler and I am a Digital Web Manager at Bonterra, leading the strategy and management of our Qualified program and AI SDR, Eleanor. Bonterra is a social good software that helps raise funds, track impact, and manage grants and volunteer programs for nonprofits, foundations, corporations and public agencies. 

I’m located in Austin, Texas, and am desperately waiting for the fall weather to make its way down south. In my free time, I enjoy trying new food, watching movies, going to the theatre, playing pickleball, traveling, hiking, and spending time with loved ones. If you don’t want me to stop talking, just ask me about movies, tv shows, musicals, and award shows. 😅
