The Agentic Marketing for Sales Reps certification path

This is the complete, 6-part learning path that will take you from a brand-new user to a certified rep. It includes all the courses listed below plus the final certification exam.

  • Who it's for: All sales reps (SDRs, BDRs, and AEs) who use Qualified to live chat with website visitors and book meetings.

  • What you'll learn: How to partner with your AI SDR agent, configure your account, use live chat and pouncing, handle email handoffs, and book meetings.

The Agentic Marketing for Sales Reps Exam

This is the final 25-question exam to earn your certification. You do not have to complete the courses to take the exam.

  • Who it's for: Any rep who has completed the learning path, or experienced reps who want to "test-out" and earn their certification immediately.

  • Note: We highly recommend completing the courses first, as they cover everything you'll be tested on. The exam is "open book."
