The Community Team is dedicated to helping you succeed, answering your questions, and ensuring the Qualified Community is a safe and helpful space for everyone.Who we are:   ​@hungtruong is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Qualified, where he leads the teams dedicated to delivering engaging value across the entire customer journey. His oversight includes Qualified University & Community, our Customer Support and our Onboarding & Enablement programs. Hung joined Qualified in Oct 2019. Outside of work, Hung lives in the beautiful coastal town of San Luis Obispo, CA, with his wife and two kids, and loves exploring the area's stunning beaches and parks.   ​@Rachel Nielsen has been helping Qualified’s customers and internal teams get smarter since January 2021.
