Three releases landed in Piper Email this week. Together they change two things: when a campaign can start, and who picks the conversation up once a lead responds. Two new ways to enroll a leadThe first one fires on silence. Pick a window of 3, 7, 14, 30 or 60 days, and when a lead crosses it with no site visits, conversations, form submissions, offer clicks, meetings booked or email engagement, your AI SDR agent records the activity and can enroll them in a re-engagement campaign. Any of those signals resets the clock.Up to now every email trigger fired on something a lead did, which left the most obvious win-back moment: the one where someone goes quiet. One thing worth knowing before you switch it on: it does not sweep up leads who are already cold. Only leads who newly cross your threshold will fire, so expect a steady daily trickle rather than one large batch on day one.The second fires on a Qualified lead field change. If you stamp fields from conversations, the API or website acti

If you use Qualified Mailbox, your AI SDR agent's email is moving to new sending infrastructure, and there's now a guided wizard in your email settings that walks you through the whole thing. Here's the short version of what you're being asked to do: publish one new set of DNS records, send a test email and reply to it, cut over, then delete the old records about a week later. That's it. Your sending address doesn't change, your existing conversations aren't touched, none of your Qualified configuration changes, and email keeps flowing the entire time. The wizard does the sequencing for you. It generates your records, validates each one as it propagates, and it won't let you advance until the new path is proven in both directions. Step 2 sends a real test email and checks that your reply comes back on the new records specifically, not just that a message arrived. Step 4, removing your old records, stays locked for about a week after that test passes, because replies can keep landing on t

Quick update for anyone using Pin Mode: the docking script now supports a dockUnderHeader option. Before, turning on docking meant your whole page, header included, shrank to make room for your AI SDR agent. If your site has a sticky or fixed header, that's no longer required. Set dockUnderHeader: true and your header stays full-width across the top while the agent docks in flush underneath it.It does need a bit of page markup (semantic <header>, <main>, and <footer> landmarks, or the ARIA equivalents) so the script knows what to keep full-width and what to shrink.📚 Full how-to: Docking under a sticky header

We're rolling out one of the biggest connections we've built yet: Piper the AI SDR agent now integrates with Data 360, Salesforce's unifying data layer across every Agentforce agent.Disconnected data creates awkward moments for a lot of businesses: a sales rep calling someone who just filed a support ticket, a renewal offer landing in the inbox of an account that already churned, a cold outreach email arriving the same day a buyer is already on a call with a rep. Data 360 exists to close those gaps by unifying fragmented customer data into one profile that every system and every agent can draw on in real time, and now Piper is one of those agents. Here's what that unlocks. Piper already knows your leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities. With Data 360, she also sees past purchases, service history, marketing interactions, and more, giving her a full picture of a visitor's history before she ever says hello. That means sharper personalization, smarter routing, and more accurate qual

Big news if you want your AI SDR agent to feel unmistakably yours: you can now build a fully custom video persona for her, right inside Agent Studio. Upload a single static photo, and the platform does the rest, turning it into a fully animated agent that moves, speaks, and expresses emotion like an actual conversation partner. Here's why this is worth paying attention to: customers running multimodal video conversations are already seeing a 35% increase in website conversations and a 24% increase in meetings booked. A custom avatar is what makes those conversations feel like they're coming from your team specifically instead of a generic AI face, and first impressions carry a lot of weight once a visitor is looking at a live video persona. Custom voices are rolling out this fall too, so the personalization here is only getting deeper. This is available today for customers on an Agentic Marketing Plan using PiperX video mode. The Qualified client-side API is how your web team gets Qualified to talk to the rest of your site: opening the messenger on your own triggers, reacting to conversation events, passing visitor data in, and now, prefilling a visitor's first message. If you've wired any of this into your site, here's what just changed. If you've built anything on top of it, the good news is you don't need to touch it. The calls you already use now carry straight across to PiperX:open and setChatIsVisible both follow whichever messenger owns the active experience. So if a visitor lands in a PiperX conversation instead of the legacy messenger, your existing show and hide logic keeps working exactly as it did before. handleMessengerEvents picks up a set of PiperX-only events on top of the ones you already track: call requested, call started, call ended, mic muted, mic unmuted, and meeting offered or booked inside the PiperX conversation itself. If you're piping messenger activity into analytics, these give y

Qualified introduces agentic product-led-growth (PLG), a whole new way to convert free trials into revenue at scale. Businesses built on a PLG motion have a massive base of free users but they struggle to turn these users into paying customers. Now, there’s one AI SDR superagent to nurture and convert these users into revenue. Whether it’s a self-serve model or sales-assisted, Piper the AI SDR Agent manages the entire trial experience, from sign-up to conversion.  Traditional PLG was built for a world before AI.Businesses with a PLG model rely on free trial sign-ups and a near-perfect product experience; however, converting free trial users into paying customers is a challenge. Free trials lack effective onboarding, personalized nurture journeys are impossible to manage, and sales reps don’t know which leads to engage. Not only do these challenges create internal friction, they increase infrastructure costs for non-paying customers and leave revenue on the table. While a PLG model is u
