Who we are:
 | @hungtruong is the Senior Director of Customer Success at Qualified, where he leads the teams dedicated to delivering engaging value across the entire customer journey. His oversight includes Qualified University & Community, our Customer Support and our Onboarding & Enablement programs. Hung joined Qualified in Oct 2019. Outside of work, Hung lives in the beautiful coastal town of San Luis Obispo, CA, with his wife and two kids, and loves exploring the area's stunning beaches and parks. |
 | @Rachel Nielsen has been helping Qualified’s customers and internal teams get smarter since January 2021. As the Lead of Customer Education & CS Enablement, she is the brains behind the Qualified University curriculum and our entire customer success training program. Based in Metro Detroit, her off-the-clock time is spent walking wooded trails with her dogs, playing coed softball, and rooting on the Detroit Lions to (finally) win a Super Bowl. |
 | @Kevin Lewis, or ‘KL’ as he’s known around the Qualified offices, is the Community Manager for Qualified University. When he’s not digging deep on agentic marketing best practices or engaging our community of Qualifriends, he can be found playing board games, baking, or mixing up craft cocktails. Kevin is based in Washington, DC and joined Qualified in April of 2022. |
What We Do
The Community Managers and Moderators are here to support you in three main ways:
- Support and Guidance: We answer platform questions, direct you to the right resources within Qualified University, and provide troubleshooting tips.
- Organization and Moderation: We ensure the community runs smoothly, that posts are in the correct boards, and that the community guidelines are enforced.
- Engagement and Events: We organize official events, Q&A sessions, contests, and other initiatives to help you connect with your peers and our product experts.
