When configuring Qualified, admins can set whether personal email addresses will be allowed as submissions to the "email" field.
How to block personal email domains
In Experiences
When using the Ask a question → Populate a field action while building an Automatic, Manual, or Button experience, a checkbox will appear allowing you to select whether to block personal email addresses. If this box is checked, the experience will repeat the question until a business email is given.
Via AI SDR agent configuration
In the Guides tab of Agent Studio under the Field Collection section, a checkbox allows you to select whether the AI SDR agent will allow visitors to enter their personal email address when asked. If this box is selected, the AI SDR will treat a personal email address as a valid entry for the email Visitor Field.
Legacy Qualified plans may not see the “Guides” section of Agent Studio. If you do not see these settings, the Field Collection checkboxes can be found in the General tab of AI Studio.
