Getting live with Qualified within 60 days of your contract start depends on a few things being lined up before kickoff. Use this checklist to confirm ownership and timing for each item ahead of time, since anything left unresolved at signature can delay your go live date.  Use this checklist and the links in each section to confirm your team’s readiness to implement and launch Qualified.

  • InfoSec review is completed
  • AI policy review is completed
  • Architecture review is completed

  • No Salesforce data migration or platform overhaul is planned during the implementation window
  • Sprint timelines and technical stakeholders are defined, if applicable

  • Your team is aware that Qualified will consume a share of your daily API call limits

  • The process to install third-party JavaScript is understood and approved internally
  • If your website uses React, Angular, or another single-page application framework, a custom implementation approach is confirmed with your web team
  • Approval to crawl the website is granted

Implementation Team & Stakeholders

  • Your core team is identified, including marketing, sales, email, and technical stakeholders
  • One to two individuals are identified as your Qualified admin(s). These individuals will complete Qualified certification courses and own tool configuration after go live

General availability

  • Your core team is available and committed to dedicate time starting day 1
  • No major reorgs, acquisitions, or leadership changes are expected in the first 60 days
  • Holiday and out-of-office schedules are reviewed, with the go-live target adjusted if kicking off near a holiday period
