Integrating Qualified with ZoomInfo allows you to harness industry-leading B2B intelligence directly on your website. This connection will enable you to identify and enrich anonymous visitors, alert your sales team to top prospects the moment they arrive, and give your team the deep insights they need to proactively engage your most valuable buyers.

This guide will walk you through the connection and configuration process.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, please verify with your ZoomInfo Account Manager that your organization has access to the following APIs, as both are required for the integration to function correctly:

 

Step 1: Connect Your ZoomInfo Account

Once you've confirmed you have the required API access, you can establish the connection via a secure OAuth process.

  1. In Qualified, navigate to Settings → Integrations → ZoomInfo → Connection.

  2. Click the Connect to ZoomInfo button.

  3. A pop-up window will appear. Follow the prompts to sign in to your ZoomInfo account and authorize the connection.

 

Step 2: Enable ZoomInfo Products in Qualified

Once your account is connected, the final step is to enable the specific ZoomInfo services you'd like to use within Qualified. On the ZoomInfo connection page, use the toggles to turn on the ZoomInfo products you are licensed for and wish to use with Qualified: Enterprise (Standard Enrich) and/or WebSights

Select your API product.
