When building experiences, adding integration actions allow you to send information to other parts of your tech stack, such as Salesforce or your Marketing Automation Platform (MAP).
Qualified recommends using workflows to automate data syncs between Qualified and these other platforms. The below actions should be used only when data syncing and automation behavior is different or unique for the experience you’re configuring, rather than the standard data flow you’ll want to use in most cases.
Push to an external system
Select this step to push a visitor’s data, including any visitor fields that may have updated, to an external system like Salesforce or a marketing automation platform. This push can be configured to create new leads, update existing leads, and trigger either immediately or at the end of a conversation.
If this step is configured to push at the end of a conversation, the push will be triggered by one of these three conditions:
- The visitor leaves the site
- The experience ends, typically because a visitor entered a conversation with an AI SDR agent or human rep
- The visitor reaches another push step that is set to trigger immediately.
In most cases, it’s best to use the delayed push option, as this will limit the number of API calls Qualified needs to make to your external system
Add to a campaign
Select this step to add any existing leads, or leads created during this experience, to a Salesforce campaign and/or update their campaign membership status.
This is separate from (and in addition to) any campaigns they may be connected to as part of Lead Mapping or Contact Mapping.
Add to a program
If you are connected to Marketo, use this step to automatically add Marketo leads to Marketo programs.
