Protecting your website visitor’s PII is crucially important, and we’re sure you have a privacy policy in place that helps your visitors feel at ease knowing you’re protecting their data. Qualified provides customizable privacy disclosure statements that will communicate and link your privacy policy to your visitors.

Customizing the privacy policy disclosure

Within the Qualified messenger and meeting booker widgets, Qualified will display a customizable text that discloses your privacy policy and can link to a page containing your full policy using Qualified markdown language. As part of initial setup, configure this policy to ensure that your disclosure appears to all visitors who engage with Qualified.

The character limit is 250 characters by default. If you require more than 250 characters for your privacy policy disclosure, contact your Qualified Success Architect. 

Privacy policy disclosures in other languages

Qualified’s default configuration is in English, but if your plan supports it, Qualified is available in a number of other languages as well. 

Each privacy policy disclosure can be configured separately for any of the languages Qualified supports. Once this configuration is set, experiences in non-English languages will use the configured privacy policy disclosure for the corresponding language.  If a matching privacy policy disclosure does not exist for an experience’s language, the English disclosure will be used by default.

Qualified does not provide translation services and your Privacy Policy Disclosures will not be translated automatically or by your QSA. Please provide or configure your disclosures.
