Qualified is compatible with the following browsers and systems listed below.
Supported browsers
The Qualified platform, where reps and admins log in to use Qualified, is supported on most modern, up-to-date browsers. It's not compatible, however, with Internet Explorer or Safari on Microsoft Windows.
The Qualified messenger, what visitors interact with on your website, is compatible with these desktop and mobile browsers:
Desktop Browsers:
- Chrome version 138 and above
- Firefox version 140.3.1 and above
- Microsoft Edge version 139 and above
Mobile Browsers:
- Android Chrome version 138 and above
- iOS Safari version 15.6 and above
- iOS Chrome version 138 and above
The Qualified messenger is not supported on Internet Explorer or Safari on Microsoft Windows.
Visitors using a headless instance of Chrome are blocked from the Qualified messenger. When you test Experiences, instead use one of the browsers above.
Salesforce versions
Qualified is compatible with all Salesforce versions and editions. Note that you will need API access so Qualified can create or update leads and contacts in Salesforce.
Pardot versions
Qualified is compatible with all Pardot editions.
